This exciting new class is geared towards your 7th and 8th graders to get a formal introduction to the weight and cardio rooms before they enter high school. Our certified personal trainer will walk you through how to use all equipment properly and safely . This class will go over each benefit to different workout regimens as well as the benefits and risks associated to all workout equipment that can be found in a weight room and cardio room . Each participant will not only learn all the necessary information but will also be using each workout room under the supervision of a personal trainer . This will give all you 7th and 8th graders a head start on your peers before you enter into high school!
